Today I just want to say that I'm so lucky to have so many wonderful people in my life. Even though most of my friends are miles away we still hold the bond of friendship that keeps us tight.

My friend Kristin and I see each other maybe once a year and for some reason when we talk it seems like yesterday.

My friend Lisa moved to KC but when we talk it seems she's still just down the road. Speaking of, she got engaged over the weekend. I really hope that this will work for her and that she isn't just desparate to be with someone.

The boyfriend and I broke up over the weekend and my friends have been there for me. Although this has been tough and I've missed him, I know that things will get better and that I have people who care about me and my happiness.
